Welcome to the BlueRock Wealth Summit. By attending or registering for the Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms. These terms and conditions govern your participation in the BlueRock Wealth Summit. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Payment. Registration for the Summit is subject to availability. Payment is required to secure your attendance. Payment methods and deadlines are detailed on the registration page.

3. Summit Conduct. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and organizers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the Summit.

4. Liability. BlueRock Wealth, its affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by attendees during the Summit, unless caused by the negligence of BlueRock Wealth.

5. Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Summit content, materials, and presentations, are owned by BlueRock Wealth or its licensors. Attendees are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using such materials without express written permission.

6. Changes to the Summit. BlueRock Wealth reserves the right to modify or cancel the Summit, or any portion thereof, for any reason. Attendees will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Governing Law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
